Cardboard Box?

I put my computer in a cardboard box once. Everything had it's own place, with nice holders for the harddrives and everything. I wonder where that went? Anyway, I am currently working on v2. I only have one problem. What is the best method of not catching cardboard on fire? My first one didn't, but I would rather not have flaming computer parts in my basement.
